For this assignment i decided to combine concepts of the past with images of the present. I took images that make me afraid of the future, such as the media and corporate America and combined these two fears into two stunning images.

You did a good job getting everything to match in the jesus image. It looks a little bit too filtered though. The McDonalds one is hilarious.
i love the mcdonalds looking bag in the first one, it gives it a twist of sorts. i like the improvements on the second. it's not quite so filtered.

I like how subtle the changes you made were, how they aren't so "in your face." The first one with the McDonalds bag and drink are especially funny.
I prefer the Jesus piece as it's comedy is a little more subtle. The conecpt of using modern things and putting them back in history is great.
And how it would have been a televised event by the government is even more resonant. Crucifixion was their television.
the mcdonalds piece is simple and well done, although i feel like this may have been done before with different props...
the modern day stoning is a great concept; the composition is nice; really believable. careful with your filter use...
